What travellers say

The Saro-Maria Hotel in Bole, Addis Ababa, generally receives positive feedback for its convenient location near the airport and business districts, as well as its professional and friendly staff. Guests frequently appreciate the hotel's cleanliness, spacious rooms, and complimentary airport shuttle service, along with a satisfying breakfast and various amenities. However, some common criticisms include noise issues in street-facing rooms, particularly during the evening, and occasional concerns regarding the restaurant's service speed and food presentation. Additionally, a few guests have noted that mattresses can be too soft and experienced brief power interruptions, although these were typically short-lived.
